About the role
As Public Engagement with Research Coordinator, you will play a vital part in maintaining the Museum’s reputation for PER activity at the University, aiming to increase our reach nationally and internationally. You will develop existing initiatives set up by the current postholder and diversify the types of public engagement with research that are currently active.
This role is part-time, working 29.2 hours per week (80% of full-time hours), and is fixed-term for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
The starting salary is £31,459 – £34,982 per annum (pro rata).
Job Requirements
About you
You will have demonstrable experience of successfully working with and engaging different audiences, including families and adults, who do not regularly visit museums, with academic research.
You will also have demonstrable experience and understanding of producing, delivering, and evaluating pop-up activities both digitally and physically.
