Job Description
As a Members’ Host, you are the face of Ronnie Scott’s for our most valued guests. You will create a welcoming, seamless, and elevated experience-from the moment they arrive to their final farewell. Working closely with our membership and FOH team, you’ll manage the space operationally, greet members, and ensure each member/ guest receives an exceptional standard of hospitality.
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in premium hospitality, private members’ club or VIP hosting role
- A warm, engaging personality with impeccable customer service skills
- Strong communication and organisation abilities
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Genuine passion for music, culture, and creating memorable experiences
- Comfortable working evenings, late nights, and weekends
- Experience with Lightspeed and CRM platforms preferred
