Job Summary
Job Description
You will work with the Dennis Severs’ House team to ensure the smooth and professional running of the business. This will include the implementation of health-and-safety procedures, administration, dealing with visitor enquiries and maintaining the meticulous presentation and cleaning standards of the house, plus customer service across all channels.
You will also be called on to help with private events, photo shoots and filming at the house when necessary.
Job Requirements
This is a pivotal role at Dennis Severs’ House and a unique opportunity to be part of its small, dedicated team. It requires someone collaborative yet motivated who will strive to provide guests to the house with the best visitor experience possible. Must be available to work 25 hours per week including weekends and evenings shifts.
Experience in front-of-house or hospitality is essential.
Experience of team leadership in a public-facing setting.
Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to work at a consistently high tempo.
Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks.
Ability to lead the front-of-house team.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office etc.
