Job Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- To be responsible for the Purchase Ledger, ensuring that invoices and payments are recorded on a timely basis and in accordance with the Society’s financial procedures and regular reconciliations are performed.
- Prepare the monthly payroll information on a timely basis, ready to pass to the payroll bureau. Working with closely with the Visitor Experience Manager and the Head of HR & Operations to ensure the payroll is accurate.
- To be responsible for the accurate recording of all payments and receipts for the Bronte Society and its subsidiary and for the regular reconciliation of all bank accounts.
- To work with the Head of Finance to ensure that cash flow is managed effectively for both entities and transfers between bank accounts and/or investments are made on a timely basis as and when required.
