We are seeking a passionate Performing Arts Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and nurture the creativity of our talented students, supporting them in their artistic development.
You will work on Saturday mornings in term time only, 9am – 12.pm, pay is £12.21 per hour.

- Relevant qualification in Performing Arts, childcare or a related field
- Interest in teaching or assisting in a Performing Arts setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all ages and abilities
- Passion for the Performing Arts and a commitment to fostering a love of the arts in young people
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the lead Performing Arts teacher in delivering engaging and enriching lessons across a range of disciplines, including dance, drama, and music
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them to refine their techniques and build their confidence
- Contribute to the organisation and running of productions, showcases, and other performing arts events
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that all students feel empowered to explore their creative potential
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
