Board Member, Finance Specialist

St Gabriel’s Pimlico is beginning an exciting multi million pound heritage project to secure, revitalise, and open its Grade II* listed church to a wider and more diverse community. We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our Project Board, offering expert financial governance, scrutiny, and assurance throughout the Development Phase (2027-2028) and Delivery Phase (2029-2030).

You will help shape financial controls, reporting structures, budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments that meet best practice in capital project finance and NLHF expectations. Working collaboratively with architects, quantity surveyors, contractors, and community partners, you will provide constructive challenge, strengthen compliance, and support transparent, accountable decision making.

This voluntary role requires around 4-6 hours per month and offers the opportunity to influence financial governance at a nationally significant heritage site delivering strong social, cultural, and environmental outcomes.
