Job Summary

We are looking for a Curator who will play a key role in shaping and delivering our ambitious programme, supporting artists and audiences, and contributing to The Common Guild’s future direction and cultural impact.

Job Description

The Curator will work closely with the Director and the wider team to shape and deliver The Common Guild’s programme of contemporary art exhibitions, projects and events. Combining curatorial thinking with a passion for exhibition making and practical delivery, the role will support artists to realise ambitious work and contribute to the creation of thoughtful, welcoming experiences for audiences.

This is an exciting and varied role for an experienced Curator who brings knowledge of contemporary art practice, artistic curiosity, sound judgement and a practical approach. The Curator will balance care for artists and colleagues with budgets, schedules and the decision-making required to deliver a high-quality public programme.
