Job Summary

Seasons Textiles is a trusted supplier of fabrics, wallpapers and trimmings to the film, TV and interiors industries. We’re currently looking for an experienced Design Consultant to come and join our busy design library.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for textiles, interiors, colour and design who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

You will build strong, friendly relationships with new and existing clients, and provide a personalised service. Using your design knowledge and creative eye to recommend fabrics, wallpapers, trimmings and other products.
Process orders accurately and coordinate with suppliers, couriers and internal teams to track each order from start to finish. Our clients are often working to urgent filming deadlines, and a key part of this role is to deliver proactive communication throughout the order journey, resolving any issues before they become problems.
Going the extra mile to deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and long-term relationships.
