Kids’ Digital Animation Teacher – Hackney E8, 40/hr

We’re looking for a creative and confident tutor to lead a weekly Digital Animation Afterschool Club for young children.

Details are:

Digital Animation Afterschool Club – every MONDAY from 3.45 PM to 4.45 PM, starting from the 7th of September until the 14th of December, at a primary school in the Hackney area E8. Kids are from KS2 (8-11 years old).
Pay is £40 per hour.

Using iPads*, children will explore digital animation in a fun and accessible way, creating their own characters, stories and simple animated projects. Sessions can include activities such as stop-motion, digital storytelling and other creative animation techniques. We’re open to a range of creative backgrounds!

You do not need to be a professional animator. We’d love to hear from people with experience in digital media, filmmaking, animation, stop-motion, creative technology, art, or delivering creative digital activities to children.

*iPads are provided by the school.
