Job Description
We’re looking for an Assistant Producer to join our team and execute the delivery of world-class live experiences and execute office based duties.
TBI is an award-winning agency based in London, and our Events division is seeking to expand the team with an Assistant Producer, who will join a busy team to focus on both producing and helping the business continue to grow.
This is an opportunity for a self-starting assistant producer who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a genuine passion for creating unforgettable events. From major awards ceremonies to concerts and shows, from more intimate venues to large-scale arena-based productions, you’ll play a key role in bringing ambitious, creative ideas to life.
You need to have a basic understanding of event operations and the full event lifecycle, with the ability to work alongside senior members of staff to drive projects forward from initial concept through planning, production and live delivery, while confidently advancing shows at every stage.
You’ll execute projects working closely with clients, creatives, technical teams and suppliers, with an entry level working knowledge of how to make events happen at every stage to ensure every production exceeds expectations.
You will be working closely with our operations team to ensure the day-to-day running of the office is smooth, organised and welcoming.

Job Responsibilities
1. Office & Operations
Ensuring the day-to-day running of the office is smooth, organised and welcoming
Monitoring office supplies, our storage unit and managing orders as required
Maintain office cleanliness and supplies (kitchen, bathroom, stationery, etc.)
Liaising with building management, suppliers and service providers
Supporting general facilities coordination, health and safety and office maintenance
Setting up meeting rooms and keeping shared spaces tidy and well presented
Managing incoming deliveries, post and general office logistics
2. Events
Support the team on events and overall event experience
Ability to advance shows including all logistics
Ensure all company processes are being adhered to and updated throughout
Liaising with artist management on performance/s in the show
Creative input into the wider events portfolio
Supporting Senior Producers in creating project plans for specific events
Take on additional show requirements as needed
