Board Member, Quantity Surveyor

St Gabriel’s Pimlico is beginning an exciting multi million pound heritage project to secure, revitalise, and open its Grade II* listed church to a wider and more diverse community. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Project Board, offering specialist guidance on cost planning, procurement, and financial risk throughout the Development Phase (2027-2028) and Delivery Phase (2029-2030).

You will help shape cost estimates, budgets, procurement strategies, and value for money approaches that meet best practice in heritage construction and NLHF expectations. Working alongside architects, designers, contractors, and community partners, you will provide constructive challenge, review tenders, and support transparent, accountable decision making.

This voluntary role requires around 4-6 hours per month and offers the chance to influence a nationally significant conservation project with strong social, cultural, and environmental outcomes.
