Role objectives

Work in close collaboration with the Director of Talent and Outreach to deliver Creative Access’s nationwide outreach strategy, ensuring activity is purposeful, sustainable and impactful across all UK regions.
Lead outreach workstreams, including content development and project management of in-person and online Regional Insights Days, Employability Workshops and ‘Getting a job’ sessions, delivered across regions UK-wide.
Reach new and under-represented communities primarily aged 16 – 24 years and above, with a strong focus on under-served regions across the UK, and convert engagement into meaningful participation in Creative Access programmes.
Champion Creative Access externally in a way that is consistent, credible and clear, building the organisation’s reputation across candidate, employer, partner and alumni audiences.
Continually seek to improve and evolve outreach activity through insight gathering, feedback, and close collaboration with wider Access, Thrive and Comms teams.

Job Requirements

esponsibilities

Lead the content development, planning and project management of Employability Workshops and ‘Getting a job’ online sessions aimed at ages 16 years and above.
Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, youth organisations, community partners, job centres and adult learning centres across the UK’s regions and nations, to secure bookings, grow reach and develop new outreach formats.
Lead on the planning and delivery of on-site, regional quarterly insights days with employer partners, held in locations across the UK
Work within the outreach prioritisation framework to evaluate and respond to incoming outreach requests, declining or redirecting where activity does not meet agreed criteria.
Deliver and grow employer outreach activity, including quarterly roundtables, employer breakfast events and attendance at priority sector events such as the London Book Fair, with a focus on driving revenue and new partnerships.
