Key responsibilities include:
Be main point of contact for regional talent executives, answering queries about fund requirements along with ensuring that the grant management database is maintained as required in relation to individual projects.
Distribute paperwork for internal review and approval across a variety of processes, providing summary information as required to senior colleagues.
Undertake all paperwork preparation for weekly committee meetings for NETWORK projects, including ID checks, ensuring that paperwork from applicants via regional talent executives is accurate and in a position to be ratified or approved by committee members.
Support the OPPs Project Manager as required with NETWORK funding callouts, including keeping documentation up to date and accurate as necessary
We are looking for candidates who have:
Experience and confidence in navigating and maintaining data using a Grant Management Database system (e.g. Blackbaud Grant Management)
Demonstrable experience in grant administration or programme delivery.
Experience of working with data and reporting, including generating insights, maintaining data quality and using systems (e.g. Excel or databases) to support decision making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), with the ability to manage data, produce reports and support operational processes
