We are seeking an ambitious and commercially-driven Commercial Development Manager to join Phoenix’s senior management team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to lead the growth of Phoenix’s commercial activities, including Caf Bar operations, food and beverage-led events, venue hire, and conferencing.
Our award-winning £8.5M capital expansion (completed in 2023) has created new commercial opportunities for us, and we aim to grow our Food and Beverage operation into a highly popular and profitable business with turnover exceeding £1M by the end of 2027/28.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new revenue opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. You will work collaboratively across the organisation to strengthen Phoenix’s commercial offer while supporting its long-term strategic objectives.
