Maestro Arts offers a bold new vision for the performing arts. Our international management company provides worldwide representation for conductors, instrumentalists, singers, composers, visual artists, lecturers, stage designers and directors. We seek to unite outstanding performers from the world of classical music with innovative visual artists and arts organisations.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support our Directors and play a central role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the company. This is a varied and hands-on position combining executive support, office management, HR coordination and operational oversight.
Key responsibilities:
– Provide executive support to Directors, including diary and travel coordination
– Oversee the smooth day to day running of the office
– Manage suppliers, facilities, procurement and office resources
– Support HR administration and recruitment processes
– Coordinate IT systems, equipment and external providers
– Maintain company policies, documentation and internal systems
– Organise internal meetings, events and general office logistics
– Assist with financial administration, including expenses and office budgets
The ideal candidate:
– Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager
– Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
– Discreet and confident handling confidential information
– A flexible, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
– Strong IT confidence (Microsoft Office, collaboration tools; experience with databases is an advantage)
– A strong interest in the performing arts, particularly classical music, is highly desirable.
Key European language skills, spoken and/or written would be very welcome.
