Job Summary

Interactive Theatre International are looking for a new Front of House Attendant to join their busy team.

Job Description

Shifts range from:
Wednesday – Sundays set on a rota
Regular evenings on Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays. Matinee and evening shows on Saturdays and Sundays.
Pay is £12.71p/h. Hours usually range between 5 – 15 per week. We are open to those who are in full time education or employed in other work during the week and are willing to be flexible about shifts; however you must have good general availability across the 4 days.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who:
Is outgoing and confident talking to customers both on the phone and in person.
Is confident in dealing with customer service and guest issues onsite should they arise.
Is reliable and trustworthy.
Has great attention to detail.
Has a professional written manner.
Is a good problem solver and quick thinking.
Has an interest in the arts, in particular theatre (not essential but recommended).
Has availability to start in May
