This role will work closely with the Social Media Manager on the creation and delivery of the Globe’s organic social media content, community management, and delivering the social media strategy. This role will use social media strategically and reactively to enhance the reputation of the Globe, and to champion our work and values to a global audience.

The team:
Shakespeare’s Globe is home to two theatres, the iconic open-air Globe Theatre and the unique candlelit Sam Wanamaker Playhouse. The Globe is internationally beloved charity with a year-round theatre programme, education activity for all ages, guided tour, shop and on-site bar and restaurant. Inspired and informed by the unique historic playing conditions of our two beautiful theatres, our diverse programme of work harnesses the power of performance, championing Shakespeare for all.

The Communications & PR team are an innovative, collaborative, and creative team, working closely across all departments at the Globe. We are values driven, foregrounding care for our companies, staff, and all who interact with our work at Shakespeare’s Globe.
