Job Description
Lead a Street Dance Afterschool Club for KS2 pupils. Sessions focus on fundamental street dance techniques, coordination, teamwork, and creative expression. Pupils will enjoy structured dance challenges and learn performance skills in a supportive environment.
Job Requirements
Passion for teaching young children (ages 8-11). Demonstrable experience and expertise in Drama, Acting, or Musical Theatre with KS2 students. Ability to create a dynamic, inclusive, and safe class environment. Strong group management skills and a positive, energetic approach. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one before employment).
Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Drama/Musical Theatre sessions (focusing on acting, improvisation, voice, and movement). Foster confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through active participation. Ensure each session is structured, fun, and aligned with Dance&Arts’ teaching philosophy.
