Starting 1 March 2026, this 15-month apprenticeship offers practical skills, real responsibility and meaningful impact.
Learn by Doing
Based in Cranford, Hounslow (TW5 9PD), you’ll work from our creative production hub supporting digital storytelling, podcasting and community-led media.
You’ll complete the Cultural Learning and Participation Officer (Level 3) standard, combining structured training with on-the-job experience.
Hours:
Mon-Wed: 1:30pm-9:30pm
Sat-Sun: 10am-6pm
37.5 hours per week
Wage:
£14,722.50 (Year 1 apprentice rate, may increase depending on age)
What You’ll Do

Work directly with community members on podcasting, filmmaking and digital storytelling

Support workshops, story circles and dialogue sessions

Assist with studio set-up and basic technical delivery

Lead outreach and recruit participants and volunteers

Represent the organisation at local events

Support admin, attendance tracking and feedback collection

Contribute to social media and audience engagement

Help coordinate showcases and community events

Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check if required.
