This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s leading charity empowering lives, reducing isolation and enhancing wellbeing through the creative arts. The Project Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the administration and coordination of Create’s projects, helping ensure they are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
This is a particularly exciting time to join Create as we work towards doubling the reach and impact of our work by our 25th anniversary in 2028, expanding our programmes and supporting even more participants across the UK.
The successful applicant will:
- Produce project documentation including contracts, risk assessments and schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Create’s procedures
- Support the coordination and administration of Create’s creative arts programmes, working closely with the Programmes Manager and project team
- Maintain project schedules and update Create’s CRM database and project tracking systems
- Design and produce project outputs such as booklets, anthologies and creative resources using InDesign
- Support financial administration including processing project expenditure, reconciling costs and liaising with the Bookkeeper
- Support special initiatives such as artist training events and Create’s emerging artist development programmes
- Conduct research to support programme development, including identifying potential community partners and suppliers
- Assist with packing, preparing and organising materials for creative workshops and projects
- Occasionally provide wider administrative support across the organisation as required
Salary: £25,207 per annumv
