Faust International Limited was formed in 1999 to bring the wonderful world of theatre and performing arts to the young people of Hong Kong. We offer after-school and Saturday drama workshops, programmes for schools, and other services supporting the performing arts in Hong Kong.

Full-Time Drama Leader & Programme Coordinator

This is a full-time position starting in Summer 2025 in Hong Kong.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Two or more years of experience teaching drama to children and teenagers, with a Drama, Musical Theatre or related degree.
• A formal teaching qualification is an advantage.
• Practising actors/directors will be considered provided they have extensive experience working with children.
• Administrative experience in theatre or arts related projects is required.
• Experience teaching for LAMDA / Trinity Exams is an advantage.

Candidates must be energetic, proactive and enjoy working with children ages 3 to 16, introducing them to the world of theatre in fun, creative and engaging ways.

Candidates must be team players (with a sense of humour!) and will help administer and facilitate various programmes, projects and performances. (Knowledge of pop culture and children’s literature is a plus.)

The salary range for this Full-Time role is 30K – 33K per year.
