Reporting to the Managing Director and YV Board of Directors, the YV Production & Events Company Manager is responsible for all logistics and resource management for the YV Productions and Events 2026
Job Description
Working Week: 3 days per a week October – March
(full time on tour January and February 2026)
Contract: 6-month fixed term contract
Salary: Band 8 – Senior Head of Department, £49,194k
per annum (pro-rata)
Which can be freelance or PAYE
Job Requirements
Key Goals
- To support the needs of the Directors in all aspects of production and events
- To streamline the logistics and management of production and event related staff, resources and processes
- To coordinate all departments and their needs relating to productions and events
- To coordinate the UK tour and venue routing, to include liaising with venues on dates and availabilities
- To manage the HR and contracts of production and event related staff
- To coordinate Health and Safety requirements across all productions and events
