Youth Company Operations Manager

Every week Liverpool Philharmonic’s Youth Programmes reach over 2,300 children and young people, through programmes like In Harmony Liverpool Philharmonic and Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Company. To strengthen the delivery of these impactful, long term programmes, we have carried out a internal restructure, which has lead to exciting new opportunities within our Youth Programmes team.

We’re currently recruiting for a Youth Company Operations Manager, working at the heart of our youth programmes, directly making a difference in the lives of children and young people.

The Youth Company Operations Manager provides leads all of the administrative and operational processes across Liverpool Philharmonic’s Youth Programmes. You’ll be ensuring the successful delivery of our programmes to maximise the positive impact for participants, communities and audiences. You’ll also be creating robust evidence banks to demonstrate impacts for funders and stakeholders, which inform programme design.
