Yinka Ilori Foundation

Job Summary

The Yinka Ilori Foundation seeks a part-time Coordinator with strong fundraising skills to drive early growth. You’ll manage prospects, follow-ups, donor comms, and keep all contacts moving. Ideal for someone proactive and organised. 1 day/ 8 hours per week – $1,000 per month – London.

Job Description

About the Foundation

The Yinka Ilori Foundation is a new charitable initiative created by artist and designer Yinka Ilori to champion creativity, community, and joy through play. Rooted in co-creation and cultural storytelling, the Foundation supports youth programs, accessible public playscapes, and cross-disciplinary learning in Nigeria, the UK, and beyond.

The Foundation is at a very early stage: we are setting up our systems, building our first partnerships, and shaping our initial fundraising efforts. We’re looking for someone who can organize this early groundwork and help transform it into a sustainable, professional operation: creating essential systems, formalizing new opportunities, and leading donor and partner engagement.

About the role

The Foundation is small, ambitious, and collaborative: the right person will have the opportunity to help define how we operate and scale, and, as such, will evolve into a key representative of the Foundation. This is an ideal role for someone who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and excited about building something from the ground up.

The position begins part-time (1 day/8 hours per week), with significant potential for growth. As the Foundation expands, the successful candidate will gradually take on more responsibility, from donor stewardship and project coordination to supporting strategic decisions and managing core aspects of a nonprofit, including helping ensure that funding and partnerships continue to grow.

This role works directly with Yinka Ilori and liaises closely with his studio team.
