Job Title: Workshops Co-ordinator
Reports to: CEO
Weekly working hours: 24 hours per week with the need for some flexibility in line with the needs of the organisation. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9.30am-3.30pm (occasional pre-planned evening / weekend work will be required).
Salary: £29,500 per annum pro rata
Main purpose of the role
- Coordinate and support the music and drama workshops.
- Organise and oversee events and projects to ensure their smooth running.
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Under the Stars team.

Job Requirements
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Workshops Co-ordination and Delivery
- Co-ordinating referrals and new starters for our workshops, responding to initial enquiries, sending out starter packs and liaising with senior managers about new referrals and enquiries
- Supporting the recruitment, co-ordination and the retention of volunteers
- Managing and updating daily attendance registers on our CRM system
- Gathering workshop footage to post to social media
- Ensuring freelancer contracts are up to date
- Organising staff cover for holidays and coordinating with the team
- Processing DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks and issuing reminders for staff and volunteers
- Managing training records for staff and volunteers
- Managing and maintaining our CRM system (charity log) for staff, volunteers and people with learning disabilities.
