The Role: Secretary Trustee
We are seeking a new trustee to join our board who can take on the responsibilities of Secretary to the Board. This role is key in ensuring our board functions effectively and meets its legal obligations.

Person Specification
Essential:
- Organised, reliable and able to manage documentation and communications efficiently.
- Understanding of charity governance or willingness to learn.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to inclusive practice.
- Strong communication skills and discretion.
Desirable:
- Previous board or committee experience (not essential).
- Knowledge of or enthusiasm for the arts and cultural sector
