Job Description

Welcome attendees, manage event entry and assist with basic front-of-house duties during live events

Job Requirements

– Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with the public
– Punctual, trustworthy and comfortable handling basic transactions
– Ability to stand for extended periods

Commitment: 1x or 2x a month, 1.5 hours, ongoing role but minimum of 6 months

Job Responsibilities

– Greet guests upon arrival and check tickets or guest lists
– Manage the entry door to ensure only authorized attendees enter
– Handle digital card payments for on-the-door ticket sales
– Provide basic venue information (e.g., location of toilets, set times) to guests
– Monitor crowd flow at the entrance and report any safety issues to management
