Job Description

As a company, we are continuously growing and since our foundation in 2016, that growth has never been more positive and prevalent than today.
We’re now looking for a Voiceover Agent to join our team, ready to develop and champion a voice-talent roster and proactively win them work, while building our connections to casting directors, audio producers and creative teams.

* Normal working hours for the office are 9-5 (Monday to Friday) the working hours for this role would be 3 days a week.

* Wage: Above Min wage, dependent on experience, with a 30% commission agreement on any work you acquire.

* Regular industry events, voice-over showcases, networking opportunities and access to casting sessions.
* Flexible and hybrid working is available. The role will be part time to start with options to go full time in the future.

Job Requirements

About you

* Already have voice-over industry experience – either from the talent side or as an agent/assistant.
* Are confident in pitching and building new business in the VO sector.
* Possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Have strong contacts (or the ability to quickly build them) in casting/production for voice-over work.
* Are commercially driven, self-motivated and target-oriented, but also thrive in a creative/collaborative environment.
* Understand sound-recording processes, usage rights/licensing, and have a grasp of how auditioning, demos and sessions work.
* Are well-organised, able to multitask and comfortable managing multiple talent profiles simultaneously.
