Voicebox Freelance Facilitator

Voicebox is currently looking for facilitators to join our ever expanding team.

We’re looking for people who young people can trust. Not because they are trying to be cool or act like a friend, but because they show up as real, grounded adults who genuinely care.

Our workshops explore big, emotionally charged topics such as masculinity, equality and violence. Because of this, we need people who can hold a room with warmth, fairness and clear boundaries.

The core qualities we are looking for are:

– Authentic communication
– Strong values and genuine care about promoting healthy masculinity
– Calm, steady presence
– Curiosity and a willingness to learn
– Cultural awareness

Location: Primarily in London and the South East of England, with occasional travel across
the UK.

Start Date: March 2026 onwards.

Availability:
– Flexible schedule
– Mostly weekdays during school term time
– Minimum 2 weeks’ notice will be given for bookings

Pay Rates*:
– Full Day (5h-8h): £200 (facilitators will very rarely be required for a full 8 hour day)
– Half Day Plus (4h 31m-5h): £150
– Half Day (up to 4h 30m): £115
– Assembly: £100
– Training Rate: £13.95 ph (e.g. prep, training, or internal work)
*Rates may vary slightly depending on the scale and nature of the booking/project.
