We are looking for a Visitor Welcome Manager to join our team. The role is permanent and full time on 36 hours per week.

As Visitor Welcome Manager, you will lead a membership-sales culture at one of English Heritage’s busiest sites. You’ll have experience from membership sales and coaching your team to exceed their targets.

Your responsibilities include leading the team to exceed membership targets and contributing to the overall commercial success of this historically significant site.

Ability/availability to work on a 5/7 day roster, which may include evenings, on-call duties, and Bank Holidays.
