Visitor Services Assistant

Pallant House Gallery is recruiting an energetic and proactive Visitor Services Assistant [VSA] to join our busy and friendly team. The Front of House Visitor Services team contributes to the Gallery’s all-round visitor experience, helping to ensure excellent customer service with a warm welcome. As the first point of contact for visitors, our Visitor Services Assistants are important ambassadors for the Gallery and play a significant role in upholding the Gallery’s brand and values.

This is a full-time, permanent contract (although part-time hours may be considered) to include a minimum of one weekend day per week.
