Visitor Experience & Visitor Welcome Assistant

£12.60 per hour

16 hours per week – 4 hours per day over 4 days, including weekends and bank holidays

We are seeking an energetic and personable individual to work across our Visitor Welcome Assistant & Visitor Experience Assistant roles, as needed. You will provide visitors with a warm and informative welcome at our front desk, and support us to meet the gallery’s financial targets through securing ticket sales and by converting visitors into supporters of the gallery through our membership scheme. In the galleries you will interpret our displayed collections and ensure the safety and security of our visitors, building and collections.
