Visitor Experience Supervisor (Maternity Cover)

The team
You will be line managing the Visitor Experience Assistants and liaising with the Operations & Estates department staff as well as other members of the wider RADA staffing group to ensure that the standard of the work is of the highest and safest quality.

As an Operations Department supervisor, you may be asked to represent RADA externally and should keep abreast of developments within the relevant industry areas.

This role requires a committed, self-motivated person who works well in a team and can supervise diplomatically and confidently. It will require evening and weekend work.
