Job Description

Spyscape, London’s newest immersive museum experience, is seeking permanent Visitor Experience Assistants to lead the front of house operation, represent the brand, delivering exceptional levels of customer care and allow people to achieve extraordinary things.

The Role

The role is to serve our customers optimally. This is primarily done by providing exceptional guest service, embodying our brand values and culture, and being the front line of our daily operations. It is also done by proactively supporting fellow team members and departments as needed – we are ONE TEAM!

£15 per hour, 20-35 hours per week available

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience, 6 months to 1 year preferred

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a friendly, high-energy, and proactive welcome to all customers
  • Operate POS systems for admissions and retail transactions
  • Drive retail sales through customer engagement and product knowledge
  • Ensure daily operational excellence across all guest-facing areas
  • Ensure facilities or tech issues are quickly and efficiently resolved
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Coordination & Collaboration

  • With Team Leads to support group visits, birthday parties, and team-building sessions
  • With Team Leads and Venue Supervisors to receive guidance and to support our goals
  • With the Events team to support group activities and staffing needs
  • With Facilities and Technology specialists to ensure an excellent experience for all
  • With fellow ambassadors to share best practices and support a cohesive team
