Box Clever is an established, highly regarded and professional theatre company dedicated to the creation of contemporary theatre for young people. We are based at the Blackfriars Theatre & Arts Centre in Boston, Lincolnshire and tour nationally.
We are currently looking for new Trustees to join our board and support our mission to bring exciting theatre to young people. The role of the board is to ensure good governance, support the executive and to help realise the company’s vision.
Whether you have been on a board before or this is your first time, if you can bring a passion and commitment to Box Clever’s work that will support us in fulfilling our vision then we’d love to hear from you.
We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with any of the following backgrounds / experiences:
- Education / teaching / working with young people
- Local knowledge of, or connections in, Lincolnshire
- Young people (18+) who are interested in joining a board, perhaps for the first time
- Understanding of the UK cultural landscape
- Financial expertise
