Job Summary

Leeds Song are delighted to open up applications for new Trustees to join our Board at an exciting time of growth and transition, including a future Chair and a new Treasurer.

Job Description

You do not need experience working in the arts to join our Board and we value diverse expertise from across sectors and are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with backgrounds in HR, diversity and inclusion, fundraising, or audience development.

We strongly encourage applications from individuals from Black and Minoritised Ethnic communities, disabled candidates, and those aged 18-50. This is a rewarding voluntary role offering the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of an internationally recognised charity.

General Trustee Duties

Help shape the organisation’s strategy, ensuring financial stability and effective
resource allocation
Uphold the charity’s values and reputation while maintaining governance integrity
Participate in meetings, the charity’s decision making, and contribute towards fundraising
