ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Title: Trustee and Board Member
Responsible to: Chair of the Board
Responsible For: SICK! Productions Ltd (company number 04622154 and Charity Number 1116008).
Expected Commitment: Four one hour 30 minute board meetings per year, four two-hour subcommittee meetings per year, plus one away day and infrequent ad hoc meetings as required.
Term: Three years. All board members will retire by rotation and are eligible for re-election on one occasion.
Location: Online attendance, with at least one in person away day in Manchester per year.
Please note Trustees and Board Members are volunteers and are not renumerate, expenses will however be provided.
PURPOSE
To be responsible for determining the policies and procedures for the good management of the company within company and charity law. You can find more information about the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of being a charity Trustee here.
Quarterly board meetings (1.5 hours) and subcommittee meetings (1.5 hours) are held remotely via Zoom.
