Salary: £30,667
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 5 days per week (35 hours), weekend availability required

As our Ticketing Supervisor, you will assist with ticketing for ENO and visiting productions, and work with internal departments including marketing, communications and development, to ensure their ticketing requirements for Press, Donors and Friends of the ENO are met. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled Box Office Assistants, as well as duty managing the Box Office and Box Office incomings for the ENO Season and for visiting company shows. Where necessary, you will also duty manage the Box Office on opening nights and dress rehearsals.

Job Requirements
- Proven ability to oversee box office operations and ensure high levels of customer service
- Ticketing experience including agency sales, reporting and analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and agencies
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and manage teams both in-person and remotely
- Experience in line management, training, and performance support for Box Office Assistants
