Job Description

Join SeatPlan.com, a trailblazing platform that combines theatre audience seat view photos with a world-class ticket booking engine. With 14 years in London and now expanding to the USA, our mission is to disrupt live event ticketing globally, crafting a community that love helpful theatre tools and information as much as we do. We’re a tight-knit team with a passion for innovation and the heart and story of theatre, boasting a 4.7 Trustpilot rating, a loyal customer base and our own proprietary tools and technology.

Our team work remotely catching up regularly to keep us aligned (and to talk about the latest theatre news!). Every month we meet in London to spend some time together and do something fun. We’re a small but mighty and hugely collaborative team that values creativity and innovation. All voices are heard at SeatPlan and that gives everyone the chance to make a big impact.

About The Job

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Ticketing Operations Executive to join our team and ensure smooth operations of our unique ticketing site.

You will ensure that our interactive seating plans are accurate and that photos displayed are high quality.

SeatPlan integrates with multiple ticketing suppliers to display the best availability and offers. You will monitor supplier performance to ensure that our users get the best prices, deals and service.

Your efforts will directly impact customer experience, revenue and partner satisfaction.

If you thrive in a results-oriented, cross-functional setting and are passionate about live entertainment and behind-the-scenes operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Candidates must be based in the greater London area. While we only meet formally once a month there are numerous opportunities to attend shows and enjoy live theatre on behalf of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working on ticketed live events, preferably in a Box Office or ticketing operations role.

  • Experience setting up venue seating plans and desire to create the best possible plans that provide the best user experience.

  • A strong understanding of the theatre event lifecycle and how to drive successful sales outcomes through ticketing.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to pivot in a fast-changing environment.

  • Clear and confident communication skills for cross-functional and partner collaboration.

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.

  • Passion for and experience in the theatre or live events/ticketing industry.
