Technical Swing

Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre is seeking a skilled, adaptable and enthusiastic Technical Swing to join the Production Department for the 2026 season.

Working primarily with the Lighting and Sound Departments, this role will support the smooth day-to-day running of technical operations across the season’s productions and events. The Technical Swing will provide practical backstage and operational support, with responsibilities spanning lighting
maintenance, running a backstage sound plot, followspot operation and general technical cover.

This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone with broad technical interests who enjoys working collaboratively across departments within a fast paced producing environment. The role will predominantly involve evening and
performance-based work, with flexibility required around the demands of the production schedule and Sunday concert activity.
