Teaching Assistant

The successful candidate will have a natural affinity with children, a caring nature and a desire to help children develop and achieve to the best of their ability. Successful candidates will be overflowing with energy and will have a passion for inspiring the next generation of performers. Experience with SEND desirable. They will also be organized, good communicators and great team players.

About Razzamataz
We provide training in dance, drama and singing in both musical theatre and commercial styles to children aged 2-18 years. We aim to develop a child’s confidence whilst they learn new skills, make new friends and have fun in a safe and secure environment.

Our classes run on Saturdays during term time with the option of overtime to cover various other classes on our class days or Summer Academies where necessary. The position is to start from June/July and classes are held at Meadowhead School, Dyche Lane, Sheffield S8 8BR. We are recruiting for three positions and each position is for 3 hours each. Pay is between £10.85-£12.71 / hour depending on experience. There is also the opportunity to progress to teaching hours for the right candidate. Either experience of the Performing Arts or working with children is desirable.
