Job Description
At our Croxley Green branch, the Studio Operations Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining an organised, welcoming and inspiring studio environment for both students and the teaching team. The role ensures the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes by managing stock, preparing teaching resources, maintaining operational systems and supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day studio operations. This enables our teachers to focus on delivering exceptional lessons and supporting students’ long-term artistic development.
Working Hours & Schedule:
Term Time: This is a part-time role of 15-20 hours per week, with the exact schedule agreed during the recruitment process based on the needs of the studio.
School Holidays (14 weeks/year): The same number of hours will be worked Monday to Friday, between 9am-5pm, with the exact daily schedule varying according to the needs of the studio.
Salary Starting Rate: £13.22 per hour
Post-Probation Rate: Increases to £13.70 per hour upon successful completion of your probation period.
Start of the Role: End of August 2026; flexible for the right candidate.

Job Requirements

Has experience in administration, operations, stock management or a similar role.
Communicates confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues.
Works proactively, takes initiative and enjoys improving systems and processes.
Can prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining high standards.
Is confident using computers for emails, administration and booking systems.
