Job Summary
Following successful runs in Edinburgh and London, Our Day Media in association with Omnibus Theatre and presented by HOUSE, Southeast Theatre Network are in pre-production for an ACE funded tour of Southeast England.We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Stage Manager.
Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Operating the show
- Managing the rehearsal room and touring logistics
- Leading get ins and get outs at venues
- Liaising with tech teams at each venue
- Overseeing props, costumes, sound and projections
- Ensuring smooth running of the show during each performance
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience in touring theatre
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence managing time and troubleshooting under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Familiarity with cueing sound, lights and projection
- Willingness to drive a van, travel and stay overnight when required
- Full Driving licence
DESIRABLE
- Interest in music, diaspora stories or West African culture
