Job Description
This role is ideal for a Sound Operator with a high level of technical expertise and people skills. We are looking for someone who is a highly flexible team player familiar with both one person shows and two handers, with a strong technical background.

Job Requirements
Essential
– Experience as a Sound Operator
– Experience working effectively as a department of one.
– Experience operating and programming QLAB
– Confident troubleshooting technical issues as and when they arise
– Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and relevant working practices
– Understanding of the production process, including get in, fit ups & technical rehearsals
– Strong communication and people skills; confident, friendly and approachable manner
– Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially in high pressure situations such as mid-show technical faults
– Highly organised, self-motivated and reliable with excellent customer service skills
Desirable
– Experience in a Fringe Festival environment.
– Enthusiasm for the arts
– Experience using Google Drive / Google Workspace
