The Strings Club inspires children aged 4-11 through the joy of music. Our 5* rated Holiday Camps run across London, Warwickshire and Birmingham, combining high-quality musical experiences with engaging, screen-free activities. The Role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to lead the planning, creation and delivery of engaging, on-brand content across our digital channels. This role plays a key part in helping us reach more families, grow our online community, and celebrate the impact of music.
You will be responsible for shaping The Strings Club’s online voice, producing high-quality content, and managing our social media presence. From showcasing our Holiday Camps in action to highlighting the benefits of music and the communities we serve, you’ll bring our brand to life through creative storytelling.
Role Details
This is a part-time role (1 day per week), with the potential to grow as the role develops. Preferred working days are Tuesday or Wednesday.
Salary: £29,120 pro rata
Location: Remote, with quarterly in-person meetings
About You
You are passionate about creating engaging digital content, including reels, stories and live content. You have a strong eye for visual storytelling, understand social media trends, and enjoy turning ideas into impactful content. You’re organised, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a creative, growing organisation

Job Requirements
Person Specification
– Proven experience creating engaging content for social media platforms
– Strong video editing skills and a good eye for visual storytelling
– Confident in planning, scheduling, and managing content calendars
– Good understanding of social media trends, engagement, and performance metrics
– Creative, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload
– Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
– An interest in music, creativity, or working with children and families
– Experience using design and scheduling tools such as Canva or SocialPilot.
