Session development (the ability to generate new ideas and practices to develop young people) Provide engagement support (the ability to engage children and young people with music) To compile digital compositions using relevant DAW’s, To compile session evaluations, Application knowledge (DAW) Music Knowledge (applications, Logic Pro X, Ableton, FL Studio) A basic level of music theory An understanding of current affairs (regarding the current condition of young people) An understanding of contemporary music Experience (working with young people, teaching applications, general teaching) Experience of working with disadvantaged children, NEET, looked-after children Report to the practice manager, providing written and verbal reports on service issues. Compile relevant and accurate information to assist the practice manager in maintaining and progressing service provision. Develop individual action plans for service users that will enable them to regain independence and bring them back into their communities. Undertake reviews of service users’ care plans, update information, and take the lead in implementing changes to service users’ service provision. Feedback, monitoring and updates on the progress and needs of the service users
