This is a role at the heart of Eloquent. You’ll be the person who translates vision into delivery, ensuring our programmes, productions and activities run smoothly and to a high standard.

Working closely with the CEO/Artistic Director, you’ll:
lead day to day programme and project co-ordination
build and embed systems, structure and processes
support delivery across our divisions, from youth programmes and schools to professional work and community initiatives.

This is a hybrid role, combining:
Operational & programme management: the steady through-line, ensuring work-streams are aligned, organised and delivered effectively.

Producing: supporting the planning and delivery of productions, events and key programme moments.

You’ll sit within the Senior Leadership Team, helping us move from a founder-led model to a more distributed, sustainable way of working.

You’ll oversee multiple projects and programmes across the organisation.
Build and improve systems, processes and delivery frameworks.
Lead on grant compliance and reporting.
Co-ordinate internal communication and ensure team clarity.
Support the organisation in scaling sustainably.
Co-ordinate productions, events, residencies and workshops.
Manage logistics, scheduling and delivery planning
Work closely with creative teams to ensure quality execution.
Co-ordinate day to day activity across the team.
Contribute to a collaborative, high performing culture as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans.
Support organisational growth and development.

We’re looking for someone to work part time with flexible hours, and hybrid working is available. The role includes regular evening and weekend work as part of the normal pattern. Time off in lieu is provided where hours exceed the agreed total.

Contract: 12-month fixed-term (potential to become permanent)
Salary: £36,000 FTE (£21,600-£28,800 pro rata depending on days worked)
Hours: Part time, 22.5-30 hours per week

Job Requirements

Strong experience in project/programme management, ideally 5+ years in the arts, cultural or education sector. Proven ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously across a growing organisation. Knowledge of grant-funded programmes and compliance. Experience in production co-ordination within the performing arts, managing logistics, scheduling and delivery. A systems mindset with the ability to build, improve and embed ways of working. Understanding of budget tracking and financial oversight within projects or programmes. Familiarity with strategic planning and operational improvements to support company growth and sustainability. A proactive, organised self-starter who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.

Strong communicator able to influence and align teams without formal authority. Genuine belief in the power of dance and the arts to create meaningful community impact.
