Job Description
You will ensure excellent visitor services across events, hires and public activity, championing high standards and smooth operations across the building to ensure health and safety compliance. You will support income generation through hires, ticketing functionality/processes and audience activity, building positive relationships with resident organisations and partners.
Supporting colleagues across the Operations, Technical, and Administration teams, to keep our spaces well maintained, accessible and welcoming for our community, artists and audiences.
Job Requirements

Significant experience in operations management within a multi use or public facing venue, cultural organisation, or similar complex environment.

Experience managing or supporting event delivery and operations, including working with hospitality and F&B functions.

Proven experience line managing diverse teams, including facilities, front of house and operational staff.

Experience coordinating building maintenance, compliance, PPM schedules and reactive repairs.

Track record of improving customer experience and audience care.

Demonstrated responsibility for managing budgets, financial processes and banking procedures, reconciliation, and cash handling.

Experience working collaboratively across departments at a senior level.

Experience or understanding of how to plan ahead effectively, anticipating operational and event needs.

Attention to detail, high level of accuracy with administrative tasks.
