Job Description
This will be a permanent full-time position, initially a full-time six-month contract with the expectation to continue with the right candidate.
The role includes significant growth and development opportunities to grow the workshop and develop as the business continues to expand.
Standard working hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. They will need to be driven and hardworking.

- Broad knowledge & experience across all set and scenic practices. Practical professional experience building theatre and events sets preferably with a relevant theatre qualification.
- Communication skills to ensure effective interactions at all levels across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
- Good I.T literacy, including the Microsoft office suite, particularly in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Sketchup and AutoCAD.
- Ability to learn, interpret, understand and explain technical plans and diagrams – and have proficiency in CAD, preferably generation of production, construction and working drawings with 3D visualisations.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and maintain focus of the work to be carried out.
- Excellent time management skills
