Job Summary

Richard Saltoun Gallery is seeking a Sales & Gallery Assistant to join its London team. The successful candidate will provide pivotal sales and administrative support to the Directors, while also sharing front-of house responsibilities with the existing Gallery & Communications Assistant.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and proactive individual, supporting the Directors to ensure the smooth running of sales processes. The individual will also share responsibility for the front desk, greeting visitors and managing all enquiries efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with people at all levels
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately and timely under pressure
  • Proficient in ArtLogic, Artsy, Adobe InDesign, Sketch-up and Excel
